AND WE’RE LIVE.

FEMININE:I feel like the thing that continues to need to be—

HAMMERED. IN.

—to people is that the body is this super-perfect, profound technology.

Capable of knowing every single experience that it’s having inside.

Cellularly.

Molecularly.

EVERYTHING.

And perceiving the world around it at the same level of precision and detail.

Like—

What is happening in the world around me?

And that’s kind of what premonition probably actually is.

The ability of foresight and premonition is to be able to be so present with everything that’s happening in the world that—

of course you know the thing that’s coming.

How could you not?

It’s like this unfolding story.

And the body’s inability to do that isn’t because there’s something wrong with the body.

It’s because of—

INTERFERENCE.

Really.

Or…

a lack of using it.

So it’s two things. Twofold.

One thing is interference, which comes from chemicals and kind of distorted waves of various types.

And another is simply—

NOT. USING. IT.

It’s simply constantly using the GPS instead of trying to feel into which way is home.

But it’s never that the technology doesn’t have the ability to do something.

It’s only that—

there’s interference.

Or—

it’s not being used.

YOU HAVE TO USE THE THING YOU BUILT.

MASCULINE:I love that.

It’s super critical.

Many people get healthy and they clean

but they don’t—

USE.

I made that mistake.

And I had a guy come and tell me, like:

“Dude. You’ve got to USE it.”

“You’ve got to use the thing you’ve built—or it DECAYS.”

It’s organic.

FEMININE:I mean, yeah.

It’s like—

it’s like anything.

It’s like walking on only your left leg for your whole life and expecting your right leg to be just as good…

when you haven’t used it.

And that’s kind of the place that we’re all in right now.

THE PEACH IS A WHOLE PIECE OF DATA.

FEMININE:Modern humans—we’ve stuffed our bodies full of things that are not real things.

They’re things that have been—

they aren’t whole pieces of information.

Because everything in nature is a—

WHOLE. PERFECTED. COMPLETE PIECE OF DATA AND INFORMATION.

Like…

a peach.

A peach is a whole piece of data that communicates a wisdom of some kind.

An ancient wisdom.

A code.

An ability.

A skill.

And it imprints your body with that ability and that skill.

But when you start to take it apart

when you remove the aroma from the peach…

or you even juice it and lose the fiber…

it becomes this—

SPLICED PIECE OF INFORMATION.

And it can’t imprint your body with that intelligence anymore.

SPLICED CODES.

FEMININE:And so right now our bodies are full of, like—

SPLICED FRAGMENTS OF CODES.

Rather than entire, complete codes that would cause our body to work in this—

complete…

symphonic…

harmonious way.

And so we’re only able to pick up bits and pieces of information in our outside reality…

and inside of us as well.

Rather than feeling intuitively—

HOW THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS WORKING.

Rather than being able to feel the entirety of the planet and what’s happening.

ZOOM OUT.

FEMININE:You know, and you see this in how people try and understand conflict in the world.

Everything is so spliced that they’re incredibly zoomed in to one thing that’s happening…

rather than feeling—

the entire history.

The entire story.

How everything came to that point in the first place.

Through every single grid point on the Earth functioning as a—

WHOLE BODY.

It’s like looking at a cut on the tip of your finger

and not understanding how that cut came to be through—

THE ENTIRE PARTICIPATION OF THE BODY.

MASCULINE:I like it.

Boop.

You’re so smart.

FEMININE:You’re so smart too.

MASCULINE:You’re so smart.

FEMININE:Thank you.

MASCULINE:Thank you.

I like it.

AND WE’RE LIVE.

FEMININE:I think people—maybe a confusing thing for people—is like:

HOW DO YOU START USING YOUR BODY?

How do you start using your chemistry?

How do you start developing it as a technology so that it can actually become—

THE TECHNOLOGY THAT IT IS?

And this idea of “using it”

it’s maybe very abstract for people.

But it’s like—you know, I gave the GPS example.

Instead of using this outside technology

you try and—

FEEL YOUR WAY BACK HOME.

To the place that you’re going.

And knowing that you’re going to make mistakes.

You’re going to try.

You’re going to fail.

But it doesn’t matter, because—

YOU PRACTICED.

You gained data through doing that.

Like, when you go and buy a piece of fruit—

FUCKING LOOK AT IT.

Look at its colors.

Look at its shape.

Fucking smell it.

Touch it.

Use your sensory organs.

Because the degree to which our sensory organs are developed right now is…

quite low.

Myself included.

It’s quite low compared to—

WHAT IT COULD BE.

Our skin is an antenna that picks up on so much information around us.

Are we noticing that?

Are we using it in that way?

Or are we just like:

“Oh, this is like a hot-dog skin that just wraps up my body, and that’s what it is.”

When we start using these sensory faculties as a technology

THEY BEGIN TO AMPLIFY.

THE DOG KNOWS.

FEMININE:Dogs use their sense of smell.

They fucking know what’s going on in, like, a one-mile radius.

They know if the dog that peed before them was pregnant or not.

Like—

THEY KNOW THESE THINGS.

MASCULINE:And what it ate.

And how it felt.

And how its—probably its parents felt.

And its genetic lineage, probably.

All four.

A dog that isn’t eating dog food—like generic dog food—

that’s a totally different animal.

FEMININE:Yeah.

And maybe even the ones that are.

It’s like—they know the entire hormonal setup.

A dog will smell a dog’s pee and know if it’s an alpha dog or not, you know?

It’s gonna know so many things about it.

They’re—

USING IT.

They’re depending on that sensory faculty to live.

And so I guess that’s what I’m talking about when I say:

WE USE OUR CHEMICAL SYSTEM TO LIVE.

To navigate.

And—

DEPEND ON IT.

You know, I sense—

you’re cute.

I sense you’re a little hungry.

MASCULINE:No.

FEMININE:No?

I sense you’re a little hungry.

I’m just, like, not dampening my system.

I’m letting my senses—

COME ALIVE.

You know?

They’re very alive right now.

CHEMICAL DOMINANCE × ELECTRICAL DOMINANCE

MASCULINE:Maybe that’s an interesting distinction between chemical dominance and electrical dominance.

I don’t know.

FEMININE:Probably.

MASCULINE:I do know what you mean, though.

Because when I fast

my world becomes—

VERY FUCKING CRAZY.

And the level of communication that’s happening between my body and, like—

EVERY. SINGLE. THING. AROUND ME.

—is very intense.

FEMININE:But you just have to cycle through that.

Because I think that charge—and that ability—comes through having nourished your cells in the first place.

You can’t go and fast and expect your body to be able to do that when you haven’t nourished your cells for some amount of time.

MASCULINE:Sure.

I ate yesterday.

And it’s past my main digestive and is in this slow-burn system down low.

And so I have access to—

A DIFFERENT THING.

Like, I’ve cleaned out my stomach.

When the stomach is empty, you have much more sensory capacity.

FEMININE:Yes.

Because it takes so much energy to operate the stomach.

It’s so acidic.

It’s so different from the rest of the body.

It takes a lot of energy to manage it.

DIGESTION IS DATA PROCESSING.

FEMININE:And that’s what the digestive system is.

Like, in a way—we’ve written a lot about this in our journals—

the digestive system is one of the body’s main capacities to—

METABOLIZE DATA.

And use that data in a certain way.

That’s what digestion does.

It takes the outside world around it…

breaks it down into individual data sets

and—

MAKES USE OF IT.

And so when your body is bogged down with a high load of data being processed

it’s not going to process the outside world around it.

It’s going to allocate energy into breaking down everything that’s been put into the stomach.

Which is why—

SIMPLICITY OF INGREDIENTS BECOMES SO IMPORTANT.

Like, what is it?

Sadhguru eats four ingredients? Six ingredients? Something.

It makes a huge difference.

Your ability to perceive the world around you.

To know things.

To sense things.

To feel things.

To start communicating with your body and trees and the Earth.

It makes a—

REALLY. BIG. DIFFERENCE.

WHERE DOES THE ENERGY GO?

MASCULINE:Modern humans are at, like, 100 to 150 ingredients a day if you eat processed food.

And you have to produce so many enzymes and compounds to digest those things.

And that’s where—

THE ENERGY GETS LOST.

So the energy gets lost.

And so, if you want literally physiological ATP

adenosine-triphosphate-style mitochondrial power

available to your senses

you can’t have it doing thermal regulation in the belly, in the stomach.

The stomach requires—

SO MUCH ENERGY.

This is a physiological system.

Physiologically, it requires so much.

So if you want to be able to—

hear…

see…

Vision takes so much energy.

So much data to process.

Then you’ve got to have an empty stomach.

Like—it can’t be—

you can’t have things in it.

That’s just the situation.

Unless you’re too low on fuel.

Then—

YOU NEED TO POWER UP.

Then you need things in it.

And you’ll feel a burst, you know?

ONE BITE TOO MUCH.

FEMININE:Yeah.

Something that we’ve said before is:

ANYTHING THAT ISN’T ACTUALLY NEEDED—AND ISN’T A CONTRIBUTION—BECOMES A POISON.

You know?

Like—

ONE BITE TOO MUCH

weighs the body down and breaks it down…

rather than building it up and having it become—

A BETTER TECHNOLOGY.

IT’S A VEHICLE, MAN.

MASCULINE:It’s a vehicle, man.

IT’S A VEHICLE.

If you overfill your gas tank and then drive down the road…

you’re a fucking fire hazard.

You’re just pouring out the fucking sides.

If you overfill your oil

if you overfill your coolant

that’s a hazard on the road.

Or if it’s underfilled

same thing.

You want to just, like—

KIND OF IN THE JUST-RIGHT SECTOR.

You know?

And you want—

PREMIUM FLUIDS.

If you’re going to drive a premium car

it runs on premium gasoline.

Premium oil.

Premium coolant.

And people know the difference between good windshield wipers and shit windshield wipers.

There’s a difference in your—

LEVEL OF CLARITY.

It’s that same function, you know?

WE ARE A MACHINE.

BRING BACK THE REVERENCE.

FEMININE:Yeah.

That definitely feels like a really big part of my mission—slash—our mission.

Which is to bring back—

THAT REVERENCE FOR THE BODY.

Like…

OH, SHIT.

All of these incredible things that we read about

or that we try and create technology outside of ourselves for…

there is the potential in the body—

FOR IT TO DO THAT THING.

And you just have to give it the things that it needs to be able to do that.

Give it the environment to be able to do that.

And then—

START UTILIZING THAT TECHNOLOGY.

And slowly…

over time…

HONE IT.

DEVELOP IT.

ADVANCE IT.

MASCULINE:Yeah.
