**Sri Lanka, the Cave, and the Shift Into Focus**

**Summary:**Back in Sri Lanka after moving through countries, cities, Rome, and finally an ancient cave in Germany, Maxfield and LuLu describe a distinct shift in consciousness: **less mental electricity, but greater clarity of mission.** They explore the possibility that what initially feels like fatigue is actually focus—a movement from mental activity toward the heart and body. LuLu recounts leaving the German cave feeling as though they had emerged into a subtly reorganized reality, while both consider what happens when the body moves from the stone, architecture, and human density of Europe into the immense biodiversity of a Sri Lankan jungle: much less noise, but much more life.

**Chapter One — And We’re Live in Sri Lanka**

**Maxfield:**And we’re live in Sri Lanka.

I feel this strange embodied feeling. My mind just isn’t quite the same level of activity. And I feel tired, but I almost wonder if part of that is actually just being much more **heart-centered versus mentally centered.**

Because I do seem to have a fine—like, I’m not so physically exhausted. I can do physical tasks right now without issue. I don’t have, like, the *electric sparks* of so much mental activity, I guess.

And I feel much clearer on mission before.

Yeah, what was it they saying?

**Chapter Two — One Thing on the Menu**

**LuLu:**Yeah, my version of that feeling would be the same feeling as when you go to a restaurant with a ton of menu items and you look at the menu, and, like, it feels like you’re moving so quickly and sputtering through all of these different options that you have available to you.

And, like, right now I feel like **the mission is so clear for me**—at least, like, this step and the next step. It’s so simple and so clear.

It’s like just getting to a restaurant and there’s, like, *one menu item.* That’s it.

And it’s like that sort of level of **simplicity, focus, and clarity.**

**Maxfield:**Yeah. I mean, I guess maybe that’s partly what I’m experiencing.

It’s not so much that I’m experiencing fatigue so much as I’m experiencing focus.

**Chapter Three — The Cave in Germany**

**LuLu:**I think being in that cave in Germany really shifted something for us.

The experience that I had was that we went into the cave and we both experienced a lot of communications from other timelines of very, very ancient beings and—

**Maxfield:**Like **400,000 years back.**

**LuLu:**Very old, yeah.

And when we came out of that cave, I felt like we didn’t come back out into the same dimension—or maybe the same dimension of ourselves.

Like, we had both shifted into a *very different version of ourselves.*

But the landscape seemed to mirror that.

**Chapter Four — The Trail Was Different**

**LuLu:**Like, when we came out, **the trails were different.**

The trail that we came in on—as we walked out, it was a totally different layout, to the point where I was like, *“I don’t know if we’re going the right way, but I don’t see how there could be another way to go.”*

And everything was just reorganized in a different way.

In a subtle way. In a very, very subtle way.

**But it was different.**

And I’ve only experienced that maybe two other times, where I underwent a really profound shift in my body and the dimension I came back out to was slightly different physically too.

And I think that’s part of what we’re experiencing.

**Chapter Five — Recoding**

**LuLu:**We’re experiencing this shift in our body, and, like, **our whole bodies are recoding and reading new DNA.**

And we’ve also just traveled, like, several countries and many, many cities, and we’ve been on the move.

And now we’re here in this place, in this jungle, and there’s, like, *so much life around us.*

And we’re maybe experiencing that contrast too.

**Chapter Six — Much Less Noise, Much More Life**

**LuLu:**Like, being in Rome, you’re surrounded by a ton of granite and a ton of buildings and a bunch of people.

But the amount of living forms—living beings—is still so much less than being in a jungle with all of its creatures and plants.

So the biodiversity is so high, and so we’re feeling, like, that shift.

It’s like—

**much less noise, but much more life around us right now.**
